when you start this mission an NPC named Alex introduces himself to you I can't say if this is a native mission from PSO ep1/2 on the GameCube or if it's a mission created by some fan either way I want to congratulate you Alex if you exist LOL for creating this mission it is truly a rare gem my compliments

ILOVE YOU is just a NPC this quest is a gift, in reality it is for the administrators of each private server to activate it only on their respective anniversary dates and not to keep it as a permanent quest unless they want of course to keep everyone happy forever
