Hello Jean S-U here if you intend to play PSOBB you have to disable your anti-virus it seems unusual but it is not, you will have to do that or the anti-virus will move the DLL file to the trash making it impossible for you to play that version of PSO

Para evitar problemas de execução do PSOBB causados pelo antivírus, configure o antivírus para excluir da verificação a pasta onde o jogo foi instalado. Dessa forma, o antivírus deixará de bloquear a execução do jogo e de remover arquivos identificados erroneamente como ameaças (falsos positivos).
